Podejrzewam, Pawle, ze nie znajdziesz natchnienia przy mojej "topornej" konstrukcji Jastrzebia.
Moze warto byloby jednak przelac twoje pomysly na CAD - zapewne wielu byloby ci wdziecznymi - nawet za rysunki pdf. [amen]

Natchnienie zawsze może się trafić - zawsze można coś podpatrzeć. A już zupełnie nie mam pojęcia, dlaczego mówisz o swojej konstrukcji toporna - przesadzasz Very Happy

Co do opracowania moich pomysłów w dxf czy nawet pdf już o tym myślałem, ale chyba lepiej będzie, gdy zrobię jakiś komplet po zakończeniu konstrukcji. Tak chyba będzie lepiej niż co chwilkę podrzucać coś nowego. No i trzeba też troszkę więcej czasu Wink

Po dłuższej przerwie skończyłem dziś prace nad sterem pionowym. Dźwignie wykonałem z blachy duralowej 1 mm i wkleiłem klejem epoksydowym. Teraz zostało jeszcze pokrycie. oto kilka zdjęć.

Tak, skrzydła chcę zbudować w podobny sposób. Wszystko przez Marca - wszedł mi na ambicję. Laughing

Zastanawiam się tylko, czy żeberka zrobić ze sklejki (Twój Musger MG9a), czy zrobić je tak jak Ty to zrobiłeś w np.Musger 12a. Muszę jeszcze się zastanowić myśląc o masie modelu. [humm]

Hello everyone!
Now, the elevator. After days of thinking on how to do all of this, I started to work on it again. At first, the lamella endings. I did it, as before, using the templates. The material is 0.4 mm CTP. If I'll manage to finish cutting the remaining elements today (my manual CNC has limited possibilities Laughing

Teraz ster wysokości. Po wielu dniach zastanawiania się jak to wszystko zrobić znowu przystąpiłem do prac. Na pierwszy ogień poszło lamelowanie zakończeń. Zrobiłem to, tak jak poprzednio, na szablonach. Materiał to CTP 0.4 mm. Jeśli mi się uda dzisiaj skończyć wycinanie pozostałych elementów (mój ręczny CNC ma ograniczone możliwości Laughing

), wstawię następne zdjęcia.

Witam!
wycięte wszystkie elementy steru poziomego. Żeberka wykonałem ze sklejki 1,5 mm. Dźwigary to listwy sosnowe 3x3 mm i 3x2mm, krawędź natarcia 4x4mm i krawędź spływu 4x2mm. Teraz pozostało tylko brać się za klejenie. Wink

These are all the elements of the elevator, already cut out. The ribs are made from 1.5-mm plywood. Girders are made from pine strips 3x3 and x2 mm, leading edge 4x4mm, trailing edge 4x2mm. Now just to prepare the remaining ones. Wink
